Co-Founder & CEO
Mrs. Ibukun I. Odaiche is a dedicated education professional and child development advocate. She graduated from Edo State University — now known as Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State — with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.
With over a decade of experience working directly with children, Mrs. Odaiche has served as both a class and subject teacher, combining academic instruction with mentorship. She has taught in notable institutions including Continental Secondary School, Benin City, Edo State, and the Word of Faith Group of Schools, Abuja, where she rose to the position of Head of Department (HOD) for Science.
Her years of nurturing young learners strengthened her passion for creating environments where students can excel both academically and in personal well-being. This commitment led her to co-found Blue Ray Vision Care, where she applies her expertise in education to advocate for proactive eye protection for schoolchildren in the digital age.
As Co-Founder & CEO, Mrs. Odaiche plays a pivotal role in designing school partnerships that combine vision health, technology awareness, and academic support. Her vision is to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn in a way that protects their eyesight and prepares them for a brighter future.
