Mr. Abdullahi Sharubutu, born on February 16, 1976, in the former Bendel State (now Edo State), brings a unique blend of expertise in education, security, and child protection to the Blue Ray Vision Care team. He hails from Bida Local Government Area in Niger State, Nigeria.

Mr. Sharubutu holds a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in English Language and Social Studies. In addition, he has earned a specialized certificate in Security Studies for Safe Child Protection from the National Institute for Security Studies, Lower Usman Dam, Bwari-Abuja (2025).

With this background, he plays a vital role in ensuring that all Blue Ray Vision Care school-based programs and medical outreaches are conducted in safe, secure, and child-friendly environments.
