Mr. Osazuwa Etinosa Eugene is an accomplished Economist, graduating from the prestigious Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria.
With a strong professional background in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, Mr. Osazuwa has worked extensively with digital devices such as smartphones, iPads, and laptop computers — tools that are integral to modern education, communication, and business.

His exposure to the long-term effects of prolonged screen time inspired a deep interest in eye health, particularly for children and students whose vision is still developing. Recognizing the urgent need for preventive solutions, he founded Blue Ray Vision Care — a company dedicated to protecting young eyes from the harmful effects of blue light emitted by digital screens.

Under his leadership, Blue Ray Vision Care combines advanced lens technology, durable kid-friendly frames, and optional school-branded eyewear to create a unique blend of health protection and school identity promotion.
